    This process allows us to remain safely on the ground and the purified water will dry naturally and leave your windows sparkling.

  • No. All cleans will be carried out with two feet on the ground due to the “working at height regulations 2005” We have chosen to put the safety of our team first and foremost so we use the water fed pole to carry out all cleans.

  • Once your clean is complete we will email you an invoice with all our payment details on it. Payment is due within 7 days of the clean being done.

  • No, there is no contract to sign. All we ask if that you have at least three consecutive window cleans with us. We need at least two weeks notice if you would like to cancel the service.

  • We use purified water on all our cleans. This water has had all minerals and impurities removed so upon drying it will leave no marks on the glass, unlike tap water.

    We have public liability insurance up to £1,000,000.

  • We offer a 24 hour guarantee with all our window cleans. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will come back and re-clean for free.

    If we return to do a re-clean and we find that it is the inside of the windows which are dirty or the exterior windows have been made dirty since we cleaned from other factors such as paddling pools/sprinklers (and not our workmanship) there may be an additional charge added to your invoice.
